Moissanite Color
Twinkle’s collection offers moissanite stones in the colorless range. Like diamonds, moissanite can be graded by color. We provide moissanite in grades D, E, and F, which are colorless options.
Moissanite Clarity
Clarity measures how many visible flaws a stone has. Experts say that moissanite generally has clarity similar to a VS (Very Slightly Included) grade on the GIA scale, meaning most inclusions are not visible to the naked eye.
Moissanite Cut
Twinkle’s moissanite is cut with excellent precision and has ideal facets. Moissanite stones sparkle more than diamonds due to their higher refractive index, which makes them show more fire and rainbow colors. Moissanite is very durable, scoring 9.25 on the Mohs scale, making it comparable to diamonds in terms of hardness.
Moissanite Carat
Carat measures a diamond’s weight, moissanite usually weighs about 10% less than diamonds. Even though moissanite and diamonds are the same size, they have different carat weights. Therefore, a 1-carat round moissanite can be a little bigger compared to a 1-carat round diamond.
